Their loading bay has space for 8/9 vehicles if parked closely and blocking each other in for any particular event.  There will be an element of staff who need to park there on the day and their Tech but they can aim to leave space for 2 cars for us.  If closer to the event, they find the space will be full or inaccessible there is a multi-storey carpark at Castle Quay literally only a 5-minute walk away so they will be able to accommodate everyone one way or another.
