Logistics on the day If you feel unwell on the day of the performance, please could you do a Covid test before coming into The Dance Space. If you test positive for Covid in the 5 days leading up to the performances, could you let us know as soon as you do, in case you need to cancel the performance. And depending on the rising number of cases, we may ask you to wear a mask inside the Dance Space, as it will be busy with many people in over the festival week. When you arrive at The Dance Space, please go into the reception area (you don’t need to check in at reception) and head straight to the Weston Research Space which is right there on the ground floor, which will be the green room for the day. Isabel or Victoria will greet you there, and check you in. · Green room: Weston Studio (The green room is for use of all artists on the day, no public will be admitted. Please leave valuables at your own risk.) · Get-in: 11am-12pm: Location: Events Square (outside space)

3. Date: Saturday 16th July 2022 Event: Folk Dance Ceilidh 1 hour no maypole Time: 17:00-18:00 Duration: 1 hour Location: Events Square (outside space)
Please ensure that you are gathered with all of your performers 15mins prior to your performance time, in your performance location to ensure on time smooth running of the performances.
